Vacancy

Facility assistant

An often underestimated role is that of the facilities assistant. Until recently, this was outsourced by us to an external organisation. However, our preference is for personal connections; so that you know each other and we can ask how your day was, for instance. Do you like working in the morning? Afternoon or evening? You can decide your own working hours, preferably at the same time and day each week, but if that ever doesn't suit, just give us a heads-up so we're aware. The same goes for the tasks, you may arrange these by priority yourself. You have ultimate responsibility for the cleaning of the offices, pantry, toilets, reception hall and canteen. You ensure a presentable entrance. In doing so, you show initiative and quickly wipe those dried raindrops off the letterbox with a damp cloth, “because that just looks awful when you walk up to the building”.

WHAT DO YOU BRING

  • You speak the Dutch language or want to become proficient in it;
  • You work independently and are entrepreneurial;
  • You see work, have insight;
  • In possession of your driving licence;
  • Being comfortable with a tech company;
  • A good dose of humour and perseverance;

AND WHO ARE YOU?

You are a go-getter who does not think in terms of “tasks” but ensures complete cleaning of the premises. You have a great sense of responsibility and think about the well-being and overall appearance of the company. You feel involved and comfortable in a team. You work independently and meticulously.

“Tidy house, tidy head”.

GOOD ENTREPRENEURSHIP STARTS WITH BEING A GOOD EMPLOYER

This is partly the foundation to which Flowcomm owes its success. Because commitment and dedication not only ensure a great working atmosphere, organisation and individual; but also enables you to grow to your full potential.

Of course, everyone values different conditions. This could be in terms of earnings, days off, study or advancement opportunities. Everyone has different intrinsic motivation and wants to achieve different goals in the long run. A lot is negotiable; we are happy to enter into discussion with you. We are convinced that when an employee acts from his or her own strengths, this also leads to a mutual gain.

If you can't divide, you can't multiply.

WORKING CONDITIONS

  • Flexible hours and/or working days;
  • A good salary with holiday pay and a 13th month at the end of the year;
  • Minimum 30 days off per year obv full-time employment (more is negotiable);
  • A non-contributory pension;
  • Engaged colleagues;
  • A convivial atmosphere among themselves; challenge your colleague to a game of darts in the recently refurbished premises in cosy Breda
